Empty Bowls Project
Our Empty Bowls event was held on Saturday, January 28th, 2017 from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm.

This year a record number of people attended our 16th Annual Empty Bowls Event to enjoy 14 delicious soups, bread and desserts, to purchase beautiful handmade bowls from area potters, wood turners and schools and to support The Community Kitchen and our programs. Over $3,900 was raised! The soups were judged by a panel of school aged judges who seemed to enjoy the experience and loved the soups!

Huge thanks to TKE at KSC for helping us set up for our 15th annual event. These guys didn't seem to mind having to move tables twice (and sometimes thrice ... for which the Brit is very sorry!)

Great job guys and thanks once again! Thanks everyone for making it a successful day!
